Speaking with Nesha Zackery

Built to Stand. Free to Speak. Ready to Move.

Speaking experiences that connect an engineering mind with the realities of being human.

Through storytelling, practical teaching, and thoughtful reflection, I help audiences explore what they carry, the patterns shaping their choices, and the foundations that support meaningful change.

Available for keynotes, workshops, conferences, and retreats.

An engineering mind. A storyteller’s heart.
A human approach to change.

My engineering background shapes the questions I ask: What is carrying the load? Where is the strain showing up? What needs support before we ask it to hold more?

Those questions reach into workplaces, families, relationships, and the way we understand ourselves.

My speaking brings that perspective together with lived experience, faith, and my work in storytelling, movement, breathwork, and somatics. I invite audiences to examine familiar patterns with curiosity, recognize new possibilities, and consider what purposeful action could look like in their own lives.

Featured Speaking Topics

BUILT TO STAND

This signature presentation uses engineering principles as a lens for examining stress, hidden strain, capacity, and sustainable performance.

Audiences consider what they are asking people to carry and what needs to be strengthened around them.

UNMUTED

Silence can become familiar for many reasons. Sometimes it preserves belonging, avoids conflict, or helps someone navigate an environment where speaking carries a cost. Over time, that silence can shape relationships, leadership, and the choices people believe are available to them.

BREAKING THE BLUEPRINT

Every family passes down more than stories.

Breaking the Blueprint invites audiences to examine inherited expectations and learned survival strategies with compassion, while considering what they want to carry forward.

What Your Audience Can Expect

I bring warmth, thoughtful questions, practical teaching, and a little well-placed humor to conversations that can feel difficult to enter.

Each engagement is shaped through a planning conversation about your audience, your goals, and the experience you want to create.
