Science in the Secret Place

I have a fascination with science in general, physics specifically. But biology is a close second.
There’s a quiet wonder in realizing that our very bodies are not just flesh and bone, but living scripture. This wonder often sends me down rabbit holes that delight me to no end!
Today, it started with back pain and the 33 vertebrae—the very spine that holds us upright— and unraveled into the invisible threads of God’s design. Each bone, each nerve, each breath is a story, a covenant, a sacred song carved into the fragile dust that we are. The connection of all the pieces of the lifeline God gave us to navigate our natural experience.
33 vertebrae — the spine of His time here, holding heaven’s frame in fragile dust, strength and story intertwined.
12 ribs cradle life — like disciples guarding truth, 12 tribes of spirit, woven deep in flesh.
God’s covenant written beneath our skin.
The vagus nerve— a cross-shaped calm threading brain to heart to gut, a divine lifeline pulsing peace through every storm we carry.
Breath flows like prayer— slow, sacred, the somatic whisper where body meets soul, a holy dialogue of release and resurrection in each inhale.
Electric heartbeats sync to tongues of prayer, tears decoding joy and grief, bones remembering ancient hymns, the body worshipping even in silence.
We are living scripture, dust and divinity dancing— not just made, but carved by the Artist’s hand, breathing Himself inside our frames.
So breathe deep, lean into the somatic song—
God’s design is in your breath,
His story pulsing in your veins,
a walking tabernacle of grace.
Look inward,
where He never left,
and find the sacred rhythm
carved in you since the dawn of time.
We are more than biological machines.
We are walking tabernacles,
a divine masterpiece where strength and story,
spirit and science,
meet in holy harmony.
This is the embodiment of faith. It’s worship in motion.
In awe,
Nesha
